12 Project Templates to Start Fast

Stop rebuilding the same project structure from scratch. Projenta now ships with 12 ready-made templates covering the project types your team runs most often — fully editable, instantly usable.

Start from something real

Every project has a setup tax: create the stages, name the tasks, define the milestones, figure out who owns what. For recurring project types — a sprint, a campaign, an onboarding — you're paying that tax over and over for a structure that barely changes. Project Templates eliminate that.

As of today, Projenta includes 12 templates built around the most common project types we see across our customer base. Each one comes pre-loaded with stages, task groups, and example tasks that reflect how that type of project actually runs.

  • Event Planning — venue, logistics, comms, and day-of coordination
  • Hiring Pipeline — role definition through offer, with stages for sourcing, screening, and interviews

How templates work

When you create a new project, you'll see a "Start from a template" option alongside the blank project flow. Pick a template, give your project a name, and you're in. Everything is editable from the moment you land — rename stages, delete tasks that don't apply, add your team's specific steps. Templates are a starting point, not a straitjacket.

What this changes in practice

For teams running predictable project types, the difference is tangible. A new sprint or campaign goes from a 20-minute setup to under two minutes. More importantly, the structure is consistent — everyone on the team knows where to look for tasks, and reporting across similar projects becomes more meaningful when the underlying shapes match.
