Frequently asked questions
What counts as a user?
A user is anyone with a login to your Projenta workspace. Read-only guests and external stakeholders who can only view shared reports don't count toward your user limit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Free to Pro with a click, and your billing starts from that date. If you downgrade, you'll keep Pro features until your billing period ends, then switch to Free.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — Pro comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You'll get full access to all Pro features and can decide at the end of the trial whether to subscribe.
What happens if I go over 3 users on the Free plan?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro. Your data is never deleted — we'll just ask you to choose a plan before you can add the fourth user.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Monthly billing is available now. Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription won't renew at the end of the current billing period.
